    Rimu Turf starts its journey at the family farm in Nyabira by principal owner Plan Musarurwa, the project fails due to challenges of water for irrigation.

  • 2019

    The turf project moves to Warren Hills Golf Club along Sherwood drive, Meyrick Park, Harare. The business becomes a success there due to great product, service and strategic location.

  • 2019

    Rimu Power Equipment is launched, securing its first dealership through Multi Power Imports (MPI), we now distribute the whole MPI portfolio which includes Echo, Shindaiwa, Hustler and more…

  • 2021

    Trekstar Sports Systems is launched as a support package for Rimu Turf due to enquiries from schools, councils and private sports facilities to help revive their dilapidated sporting infrastructure.

  • 2021

    Rimu Sports Group its launched to consolidate the companies, come up with strategy for the group, and offer products for the growing market in sports development solutions.

  • 2021

    Groundsmen One training school is launched to train grounds men in schools and sporting facilities on the best practice in sports fields management.

  • 2023

    Rimu Turf acquires a new farm in Norton (36ha) to expand operations from 6ha to 40 ha due rising demand in turf.
